NOTE: I made this on a game that includes the altered sprites from the Miranda Class (In the thread called 'Help with Importing ships'), I am not sure if it works without those altered sprite files.

fed_sf_commandY.odf 1 fed_sf_scienceY.odf

add beneath it:

fed_premonition.odf 1 fed_temporal.odf

Open 'freetech' (C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Operations 3.0\Data\techtree) and look for:

fed_sf_commandY.odf 0

add beneath it:

fed_premonition.odf 0

Open 'fed_eraudi_yardY' (C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Operations 3.0\Data\odf\system) and go down to the build list:

Replace any "all_delay" entry with "fed_premonition"
